Prinscillia Sumpter is a dual-licensed Nursing Home Administrator with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare. She is committed to delivering exceptional resident-centered care while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the highest standards of quality across long-term care and assisted living settings. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in integrity, accountability, and compassion. Prinscillia holds a Master of Healthcare Administration, a Master of Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management. She is also a Certified Notary Public in South Carolina. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Prinscillia has a deep passion for helping others maintain their dignity, independence, and autonomy while improving their quality of life. She believes that exceptional healthcare begins with treating every individual with respect, compassion, and personalized care.
Shantel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Human Resources
Shantel Moses is a Sumter, South Carolina native and Business Office Coordinator at Covenant Place, bringing years of experience in healthcare administration, finance, and office management. She began her senior living career as an Administrator-in-Training at Pee Dee Gardens in November 2024 before advancing to Business Office Coordinator and transferring to Covenant Place in June 2026. Shantel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Human Resources and is committed to delivering exceptional leadership and operational excellence in senior living. She is the proud mother of two children, including a son serving in the United States Air Force and a daughter pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at South Carolina State University, and she treasures being “Gammie” to her granddaughter, Gianna. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

With a passion for creativity and resident engagement, she develops diverse activity calendars featuring enriching programs, special events, and community outings designed to foster connection, purpose, and enjoyment. Ashleigh believes that meaningful activities are at the heart of a thriving senior living community. She is committed to building genuine relationships with residents, ensuring each individual feels valued, supported, and inspired to participate in experiences that promote social connection and personal fulfillment. Driven by a passion for serving others, Ashleigh takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where residents can make lasting memories, discover new interests, and enjoy each day to the fullest.

A Sumter native, Courtney graduated from Thomas Sumter Academy in 2015 before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Charleston Southern University in 2019. She spent the past five years building a successful career in the insurance industry, where she developed a passion for helping individuals and families navigate important life decisions while building meaningful relationships throughout the community. Today, Courtney is excited to bring that same dedication and people-first approach to serving families in a new capacity. She enjoys connecting with local professionals, building strong community partnerships, and helping families find the right solutions to meet their unique needs. Her goal is to make every interaction welcoming, informative, and centered on providing exceptional service. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and their almost two-year-old daughter. Whether it’s family outings, trips to the park, or simply making memories together, she values quality time with the people she loves most.

Leslie Seward is an HVAC-certified maintenance professional with more than 20 years of experience in facility maintenance and operations. He has spent the past 10 years in supervisory roles, leading maintenance teams with a focus on safety, quality, and exceptional service. Leslie is dedicated to creating safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environments for residents and staff. His strong work ethic and leadership make him a valued member of the team. Outside of work, he enjoys riding motorcycles, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
